We are seeking motivated PhD candidates to join our lab at the Institute for Bioinnovation, Biomedical Sciences Research Center “Alexander Fleming” in Vari, Athens.

Our research focuses on understanding molecular mechanisms of membrane proteins primarily utilising mass spectrometry and other related structural biology tools. The scientific project will be focusing on the integration of computational biology tools such as molecular modelling and molecular dynamics simulations with structural mass spectrometry experiments for enabling the investigation of challenging protein samples.
