The International Society for Food and Environmental Virology (ISFEV) has concentrated on the study of viruses in the context of food safety and environmental health. ISFEV has explored viruses 🦠 that can impact food safety, including those that affect plants, animals, or contaminate food products 🧀🍖 directly, and those in the environment, such as water 🚰, soil, and air.
